Mataraz 1 is villa 1 of our secure complex consisting of 4 villas side by side. The villa has 3 bedrooms each with their own ensuite, kitchen with full size fridge, loungeroom, private pool. The lounge area is fully enclosed and the fridge can be stocked daily with juice,soft drinks, water,and beer by our staff.
Location is fantastic, our street runs parallel sitting just behind the main street Jln Legian right on the Kuta/Legian border. Our street itself is lined with cafes and warungs(local food eateries...our street is the best location for this) some great fixed price clothing stalls and a mini mart about 10 metres from our front gate.
